Watching “Celebrity Look-A-Like Show” on WB and it’s absolutely Hysterical! They get celeb look -alikes to “perform and act” like the celebrity and then send them out on the streets to see how many people they fool…… And then the best look-alike couple is voted on. Really funny.

Well, That pretty much ends my trip to San Francisco… I have 20 disks of pictures (between 8 and 15 pictures on a disk) so you do the math…. Hopefully I’ll get a bunch of them online soon.

Next time, We’re gonna have to rent an electric car. I wanted to sooooo bad, but tracey wouldn’t let me…. Party pooper!

Sunday

Posted on May 13, 2003 by jaypoc

Sunday we took the bus tour of San Francisco… It was really cool. They took us all around the city.

We stopped at the “Twin Peaks”… The highest points in San Francisco. From up there you could see the entire city, the Golden Gate bridge and the Bay Bridge, and all the buildings and homes and areas.

We also stopped in Golden Gate park for a while. We only had 30 mins there so Tracey and I went to the Japanese Tea Garden… We walked around for a bit, then I had Tea (Green Tea) in the Tea Garden… lol

We picked up our City Pass and rode around town on the Cable Cars… Loads of fun! I had to ride standing on the outside, but tracey was more comfortable sitting down than standing and holding on!

Dinner Sunday night was a disaster…

We wanted to go to a nice restaurant for out last night together, so we started looking. Tracey got really moody, and got mad and snapped at me because I was trying to help her find a place to eat. “Forget it!” She said as she threw her Palm Pilot on the table.

We ended up walking the pier to look for a restaurant that was mentioned earlier (me walking about 10 feet ahead of her because I was so pissed at her for her attitude.

The place turned out to be a bar and not a restaurant so we walked through the Fisherman’s Wharf and checked out a few other restaurants. By this time it was 10:00 so all the restaurants were closed.

We ended up ordering room service back at the hotel. Dinner came out to $130…. I would much rather have spent this in a really nice and fancy restaurant.

Just walked a third of the way across the Golden Gate Bridge… Got some great pictures of the San Francisco skyline.

Tonight, Fireworks at the piers, maybe a carriage ride, and the Ripiey’s Believe It or Not Museum. I can’t wait.

Guess what “The Rock” is cookin’

Posted on May 10, 2003 by jaypoc

Just got back from “The Rock”. No, not the wrestler/actor… Alcatraz, The prison.

It was incredible. Aside from being so impressive as a prison, it’s vissually stunning with flowering gardens blooming within building ruins.

Very dissapointed that we won’t get to the Winchester Mystery House, but there’s lots more fun ahead.
