Also, This weekend was a blast. The renaissance faire was a lot of fun. I wanted to go dressed in medieval clothing, however after looking for a good 2 to 3 hours for my shirt, I found out that my mother tossed it. I don’t mind her tossing my clothes, especially if it had gotten stained and skanky and couldn’t be cleaned properly, but it would have been nice to tell me so I could plan ahead or get another one!! Anyways, I did get another one which I think is actually a bit nicer. I’m also going to order a brown vest to wear over the shirt (which is green)

ya know, i went to that virtual apple site yesterday and i couldn’t get oregon trail to work =( do i have to download the disk images?? i was confused… and i’m usually not dumb about stuff like that.

Yes. The renfaire in Tuxedo, and there’s ALWAYS been Jousting. Whoever told you otherwise was wrong.
As for Oregon Trail, do this…
Open the website in INTERNET EXPLORER (It doesn’t work in Firefox, and probably not in Netscape or other browsers)
Click on the “O” page and click Oregon Trail. Allow the ActiveX Component to install, or if you have SP2 on your computer, you’ll need to click in the yellow bar that appears at the top of your IE screen and click INSTALL ACTIVEX COMPONENT (or something like that)
That will allow you to play the games online w/o downloading or installing anything!
