With in the first 10 minutes of watching Enterprise, The next (or first?) series in the Star Trek saga, I noticed a serious flaw in the timeline of events. Mainly, the appearance of the Klingon warrior. Going back to an episode of Deep Space 9 (When they went back in time and prevented a modern-time Klingon from altering history) Wharf explains (brielfy) that an Accident occurred that changed the appearance of Klingons from what they looked like in The Original Series (TOS) and what they look like in the later episodes (DS9, TNG, etc…)
Since Enterprise takes place before TOS, the Klingons should appear like they did in the Original Series and NOT like they do in the modern series!
Something could have happened later to the Klingons after Archer and before Kirk….I had a theory that the Klingons that Kirk dealt with were a mutant form that the Klingon Empire doesn’t like to talk about (like the black sheep of the species).
And as a side note…I just gotta say that Archer has got a really nice package…. 🙂 And how cold was it in that detox room! Those Vulcan nipples almost ripped through her shirt!

I remember that episode of TNG where they went back in time and ended up in the episode of Star Trek “The Trouble with Tribbles” and ya they made fun of what the klingons looked like then and I remember Wharf saying something about it but don’t remember the details. So you’re right the klingons should look the same as they did in the original Star Trek series thereby maintaining the proper timeline.
