Dell Does have good customer support! While heading to my car after work, the case for my Dell Axim flipped upside down and the unit fell out and went tumbling through the parking lot. The unit still worked perfectly (Thank god!) but there’s a nasty scratch on the casing of the unit. Not acceptable. Why

DUDE! I’m getting a Dell! That is a Dell Axim X5 hand-held PDA with the 802.11 WiFi Card! I have to say that if you EVER order a Dell, call them in person. You can often get much better deals than they offer on the website.
