My friend Laura had a Middle-Eastern themed party…. It was really cool. Dinner consisted of Fallafel, Hummus and other mid-east originating foods.. Then Dave and I got Folk-Dancing lessons…Manly folk dancing! Not the stuff the bellydancers did… Which brings us to the belly dancers. It’s really incredible to watch them. Unlike the trash you’ll find in the clubs, they’re actually very talented and enchanting to watch. Didn’t hurt that they were extremely attractive, especially the blonde. It was really cool watching them dance to Carmine and his friends playing djembes. He’s quite a talented musician himself.

It was a grand time and I had a lot of fun. I need to get out more and try new stuff like this more often. I need culture 😉

Interesting situation today. As some of you know, I am working in a call-center environment. And it was just a matter of time before I recieved a call from someone I knew. Now, Seeing that I’m still in training, I decided not to comment and proceeded with my cal in a professional manner. Wouldn’t it be my luck, the caller was irate about something. I wanted to say ,”[anonymous], It’s Jason. Just shut up and i’ll take care of this” lol but I’d probbaly get fired on the spot if a supervisor heard me say that!

So I took care of my friend, as I would any other customer is his position. I did him right too, though he may never know it. lol

and if you do read this, and realize who you are… I hope you feel satisfied that I did you right, because I could have done you much worse and been within my guidelines 🙂

Only one week left of training left. This week was our first week actually on the phones taking calls (and to all of you who I couldn’t help or screwed up with, I apoligize. lol.

Actually, I think I’ve gotten a handle on how I am supposed to do things and I think I’ve done a decent job at performing my duties properly. We’ll get our stats on Sunday when I return from the weekend. as well as the grade on our final exam which was today. I’m anxious to see how I’m doing.
