As for the GeoCaching update, Found 2 more GeoCaches today. This one was tough! Hidden in (yes, IN) an old fallen tree. a big piece of bark was covering it. I looked right at it and walked on when Dave noticed it and found the cache within! Nice work Dave!

Check out the googles cool (and annoying) song, Goo Morning, at www.googles.com
(yes, I found this one day by mistyping the search engine!)
LYRICS:
Gooooo Morning!
Goo Morning Sun, Goo Morning Door
Goo Morning Wall, Goo Morning Floor
I wanna say goo morning more
Goo Morning, Goo Morning.
Goo Morning Window, let me see
Goo Morning Flowers, Hello Tree
Goo Morning Street, do you hear me
Goo Morning, Goo Morning.
Cuz slippers say goo morning toes
and bodys say goo morning clothes
cause tissues say goo morning nose
goo morning, I’m yawning….
gooo morning juice
goo morning toast
I love to choose
which cereal I like the most
Your toothbrushs say goo morning teeth
Make sure to get clean underneath
Oh no I wont go back to sleep
Goo morning, Goo morning
Goo morning mirror great to see
reflexions of goo morning me
Goo morning world in harmony
Goo Morning, Goo Morning.
Goo Morning clouds, Goo Morning air
goo morning here and hello there
goo morning morning oh so rare
Goo Morning, Goo Morning…
Goo Morning Birds
Goo morning Sky
You make me feel
Like I could spread my wings and fly.
Goo Morning me, I have to say
It Feels like a goo holiday day
I wanna jump and yell Gooray!
Goo Morning Goo Morning …Goo Goo Goo Goo Goo Goo Goo Goo Morning!

I just found a new hobby. It’s called Geocaching. Basically, It’s a scavenger hunt played with a hand-held GPS (Global Positioning System) reciever. Items are hidden all over the world (in water/weatherproof containers usually) and their lattitude and logitude coordinates are posted to the Geocaching.com website. You can then use your GPS to locate and find these ‘caches’ and exchange items from within them. You can then track the progress of the caches or the items contained on the web.
We found our first cache yesterday and we’re heading out to our second one today. It’s great fun, good exercide, and it introduces some beautiful places that you wouldn’t think existed.
Currently, there’s 25,840 caches in 139 countries. There’s a ton of em near me too!

One word…. Wardriving!
Okay, may words actually… Wireless, 802.11b, COOL! and that’s just a few of them. I’ve recently purchased an ORiNOCO Silver wireless PC card for my laptop. Since I don’t yet have an access point (AP) in my house, I decided to spend a few hours driving around my neighborhood…. I found numerous AP’s open to anybody who happens to be with in range.
IN LAYMANS TERMS: I drive up to a building (coffee house, cyber-cafe, someones house) and poof! I can surf the internet from my car!
I wonder if there’s anyone else in NY who’d like to exchange Access Points with me, or perhaps discuss upcoming coverage projects. I know of a few people trying to cover local recreational parks.

ACK! I have a customer who I’ve done some consulting and PC training for. They called me up for technical support today!!!
They wanted to get to WWW.PRUDENTIAL.COM
THATS IT! They needed me to walk them through opening internet explorer… and typing “www.prudential.com” and pressing enter! They have a cablemodem so they dont even need to dial up!
ARRRRGGGGGG!!!!!!
I’m getting a 900 number so I can charge!
