Podcasting
Since I was a child, I always had a love for Radio. My High School was one of four in the area that actually had an on-air radio station. Sine my freshman year, I became heavily involved with radio and tv production, and until I switched to computer science in college, pursued communications as my field of study.
As a visual artist and a broadcaster, It wasn’t long before I found an interest in podcasting.
Hanging out with my friend Danika (among others) we realized that Danika’s heavily (negative) opinionated views on movies, and just about anything in general would make for an amusing podcast. I stepped foward offering to put together the podcast and we went into action. We decided to set up a video podcast, which was somewhat difficult since I don’t have any real quality video equipment, but I managed to borrow one of those inexpensive Flip cameras and some lighting, and went out and purchased some audio gear and as I type this, we’re in the middle of editing our third episode of the Danika Canning Podcast.
