MahaloIt’s started. I put down my first Binder on my own home. I found a co-op in Westbury that I like and have started the negotiations. Granted, there is one binder ahead of mine (that I know of) but if that falls through, I’m next in line and it would be really cool to have my own place. I was actually a bit shaky about it at first, but the more I think about it, the more psyched I get about it. The greatest part is that I’m buying it out. Not just dumping money into an apartment leaving me with less than I started with when I decide to leave or move up.
