After finishing off the last 3 hot wings from the other night, i have come to realize that I didn’t post my recipe for my Hooters Hot Chicken Salad Sandwich…
Ingredients
10 pcs Hooters 911 or 9 Mile Island Hot Wings (drumsticks)
2 Tsp Mayonaise (Adjust to personal preference)
1 Roll (or 2 slices of white bread)
12 Napkins or 4 paper towels.
Rip those wings apart. Just grab em and rip the meat right off the bone. Whatever you cant get with your hands, just eat right off the bone! Then toss the chicken into a cup or bowl. Add the Mayonaise and mix it up good. Scoop out the chicken salad and put it on the roll or bread. Eat.
