Woohoo! Gotta thank my friend Becky for the idea… Rather than take out my woman to some expensive restaurant that I couldn’t afford (Hey, I’ve been unemployed since September, I’m lucky to have a girlfriend!) I cooked a big Valentines day dinner… Came out great!
1. SALAD: Fennel-Radicchio Salad
2. MAIN COURSE: Roasted Game Hen with Citrus-clove Glaze.
3. SIDE DISH: Green Beans with Warm Bacon Dressing
4. DESSERT: White Chocolate and Lime Blondies
We didn’t really care for the Radicchio lettuce, so the salad was a bomb, however the Game Hens came out PERFECT… Great flavor! Juicy and Tender! The green beans were pretty good too…. and the dessert was exquisite!!!! Basically, 2 layers of white chocolate brownie (a blondie) with strawberries and cream between em…. SOOOO good….
