Just got the ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500DV video card for my computer! Can’t wait to install it. This one video card should replace 3 cards in my computer now…

1. The Voodoo3 2000 Card
2. The Pinnacle Video Capture Card
3. The Creative DXR3 MPeg Decoder Card

Unfortunately I won’t get to try it out for a few days. Seeing Edwin Mccain tonight with my girlfriend and I’m going to be out most of the day tomorrow Ack! Need more time! Sometimes I wish a day was 30 hours instead of 24 just 6 hours more.:)

I just hope that my DVD will work with the ATI without the decoder card it came with.

Maybe I’m crazy! Maybe it’s just that I’m a true geek at heart, but I just installed a 7′ Computer equipment rack in my bedroom! hehe It’s so out of place…. so industrial looking….

Woohoo! Gotta thank my friend Becky for the idea… Rather than take out my woman to some expensive restaurant that I couldn’t afford (Hey, I’ve been unemployed since September, I’m lucky to have a girlfriend!) I cooked a big Valentines day dinner… Came out great!

1. SALAD: Fennel-Radicchio Salad
2. MAIN COURSE: Roasted Game Hen with Citrus-clove Glaze.
3. SIDE DISH: Green Beans with Warm Bacon Dressing
4. DESSERT: White Chocolate and Lime Blondies

We didn’t really care for the Radicchio lettuce, so the salad was a bomb, however the Game Hens came out PERFECT… Great flavor! Juicy and Tender! The green beans were pretty good too…. and the dessert was exquisite!!!! Basically, 2 layers of white chocolate brownie (a blondie) with strawberries and cream between em…. SOOOO good…. Oh man, Just getting over a bad case of the Stomach Flu (or something like that)…. My g/f got it first and actually got it so severe that we had to head to the hospital, but I have to say that we got decent service from the hospital… Thanks to all the docs and nurses for getting’ us in there quickly and taking’ care of my woman….

Then, of course when she got out of the hospital, I came down with it! Thank god My immune system kicks ass and with in 24 hours I was better….

Now, mom has it! Ack! Where will it stop!!!
