OH MY GOD! I feel like a king! I’m driving back to NY with Tracey and we made out stop today in Roanoke, Virginia! We’re staying in the Wyndham Hotel here! IT FUCKING ROCKS!!!!!
We’ve already checed in, Ordered filet mignon from room service and are about to head out to the club, bar, pool and jacuzzi…. Hell, I’m online using Wayport High-speed internet accesss…. (THE HOTEL IS ETHERNET WIRED! WOOHOO! lol)

YAY! The web is working again!
This is totally cool (Im such a geek. lol!)….. I’m at the Airport now… on my Laptop using my Wireless CDPD Internet Access from Verizon Wireless (Shameless plug) and it’s working pretty well. I can chat (AOL IM), check my mail and post to my livejournal. I wish I knew what was up with the surfing, but I cant seem to pull up a web page. Oh well… This is enough to keep me entertained in Nashville, TN while I wait for a flight to Birmingham, AL.

Friend of mine just informed me that his roomate and a few friends are likely starting an AD&D campaign in a few weeks and I’d be welcome to join. It’s been so long since I’ve played. My friends and I have been trying to get a game together but we could never find a DM (Dungeon Master for you non-gamers)… Looking foward to it!
On another happy note, My speakers arrived 
Got the Polk DX9 6 x 9’s for my car… Supposed to be reeeeeeeeeeeally nice. I’ll let you know when I install em…. Also came with free computer speakers..GOOD ones… cool !
Near disaster struck last night. I got a call at 5:00 from Tracey who was stuck at the train station. Aparently a train car had derailed and she couldn’t get out to Islip to catch her 7:20 flight. I flew to pick her up at the Hicksville train station only to be slowed by a torrential downpour!
Finally, I got to Hicksville and we got into the H.O.V. (Black Diamond, Most difficult) lane and flew back to McArthur Airport (See, I work one block from the airport) just in time to find out that her plane was an hour delayed
Well, At least I made good use of my Hero points ….
