I just got off the phone with Amazon.com and would you believe this…
I had an order from Dec. 20th held up because 1 item was on backorder to the end of January. They broke up the order to 2 orders, credited me for the shipping on each order, AND gave me some money back. (Rather than applying a credit for the shipping alone, they just credited a full $5 towards each new individual order.
Who can I call next.. My mortgage company? Maybe I’ll get a lower rate! lol
